Pluto's was one of my favorite places to go for lunch or dinner, however in the past few years the quality of the food and ESPECIALLY the service has taken a nosedive. Servers are often messing up both sit down and take out orders....and I've been overcharged more than once. The food WAS the best thing about this diner....the burgers, wraps and all you can eat fish n chips were all favorites of mine however, all these items are not what they used to be. I don't know why, these things have changed over time...management, staff or cooks....who knows....I won't be going back anytime soon.

Terrible Restaurant. Used to be good but the quality has gone way down. You are better of to go to Floyds Diner or the Blue fox. Better service and food.

We've been to Pluto's three times. The last two because someone gave me some gift certificates. The service was fine, but the food wasn't. Had a lunch that wasn't very nice and the last time was breakfast. The bacon was GROSS. Tasted like it had been cooked days ago and it was really rubbery. Coffee cup had to be sent back as it wasn't clean. Tea pot was gross inside. We saw a fellow at another table send back a glass of orange juice-not sure what was wrong with it but he said don't bring me another. We won't be going there again.

I LOVE Pluto's!! Especially their yummy chicken wraps. Love the atmosphere and the people. Yay!

The food is okay, service fair, but one thing that really bugged me was hearing the use of loud and bad language when staff was taking their breaks behind the kitchen. Most people just ignore this but I found it ruined my meal and several friends heard them on their break.

It used to be an excellent place to go . However , the staff and food have gone down the toilet . The chef is the pits to say te least , and my waitress was on some kind of dope .There was another guy who seemed to be in charge behind the counter making an ass of himself . oh well .... when I saw the mice out back I figured it was time to go somewhere else .what a shame .....

This is what was on the menu thai noodle salad - oriental noodles with fresh veggies tossed with spicy thai dressing. $8.95

What I got was a bowl of noodles on a piece of lettuce drenched in Thai sweet chili sauce straight from the bottle, and sprinkled with a few pieces of chopped red and green pepper. I couldn't even eat more than 3 bites, it was revolting.

We seem to get hit and miss service there. The food is great , but can take some time to get to you.

Every Time I go to PLutos with my honey...It is like sitting at home....very relaxing atmosphere...staff is wonderful...and very polite....treat you like they know you when you come in....and the food is AWESOME!!!!!!!!served hot and in large potions....I think it is one of teh best places to eat in victoria....I know its my favorite,,,,,,Cristina Armstrong

The best burgers and fries in town! Consistently good food, really good portobello mushroom burger, great milkshakes, great service!

One of my fav food joints in town. The Nut Burger is fantasticly delectable.. that is if you order it on the right day! I find the food quality is not consistent one day it is out-of-this-world, and the next it is, well, decently palatable. Nonetheless, the veggie burger is still the best in town. Try is with the bean soup. And Wednesdays are cheap burger nights!! Bon appetit! (

I have eaten here a few times - with varied experiances. Sometimes their food isn't that great. They make great blended drinks and appys - they have a patio area for the summer time...would suggest for that.
