Besides the friendly staff and very personable owners, the sushi in this restaurant is addictive. I often joke with Tao about the drugs he must be putting in his rolls to keep me coming back. Overall, the absolute best sushi restaurant I have had the pleasure frequenting. I highly recommend you try this place out.

Every time we go for sushi nothing compares to the quality of food and great service that we experience at Chikara. Thanks Tao for the great food, we love chatting with you when at the sushi bar.

It's true about the lovely staff. It's true about the sushi. But nobody mentioned the Karrage chicken. Delicious. My daughter and wife could live on the stuff.

Don't let the location in a strip mall fool you, this is the BEST sushi in the city. Always fresh and creative - good glass noodle salad too.

Owner's are courteous/friendly thus providing us with an excellent dining experience.
Tuna Tataki and Rob's roll are exceptional.
Fantastic quality fish.

Absoultely outstanding restraunt.
Slightly off the beaten path, but well worth it.
(It's a 5 minute drive from downtown, on the 30/31 bus route.)

Always fresh food, friendly service, and affordable with large portions.
