i visited the garlic rose last summer and i was very impressed with the quality of the food, but i recently went back and what a difference, cant help to ask of what went wrong, the steaks were cheap quality and the ceviche tasted as if was rotten seafood, as for the service there was none. would not recommend to anybody and i will never return for dinner.

I've gone here for dinner a few times now and the steak has been perfect each time. The atmosphere is quite nice, it really takes you away. The service is ok but needs to step up to match the standard of their food. Love the food.

Went for the steak and lobster last night. The food was great but the girl serving us wasn't very pleasant. Presentation on the food was beautiful. Will return for the food.

The people sitting beside us had the complaint about the tenderloin.The server was in my opinion, very accomadating and polite. If they are the right table on May 04,2009 They may be well off base with the comment they have just made.

food was bad the tenderloin was overcooked and hard.the male server was a real jerk and very rude.it is too bad because the restaurant ambiance is very nice.what upset me the most was the server who was very arrogant and rude.i would have give another tried for the food but just because of the server attitude i will not go back

I recently went to dinner here and the food was AMAZING! The service was good and the atmosphere was so relaxing and beautiful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants really delicious food. I really liked that theres a lot to choose from on the menu. I love seafood so its was perfect. A great dining experience for me.

u get wraps for dinner at macdonalds not at nice restaurants,,, thats what kind od dinner u are!!

Nice atmosphere, too bad the food is gross! At dinner you can't even get a souvlaki wrap or spanopitaka.

Had a wonderful dining experience. The room is full of hundreds of lit candles and 4 fireplaces. I loved the mussels in the spicy tomato sauce and my steak was cooked perfectly. Portions were huge, with great presentation. The waiter was attentive and friendly. I would recommend this highly to my friends.

My husband and I had dinner on Friday night and were amazed away with the service and the food. My better half had the 14 oz T Bone steak and said it was the best he has every had. I had the mussels and I could not believe the flavor of the broth . Would recommend to try this place.

Why another Greek restaurant???? Food was gross in Vic...Now its gross out in the Westshore.

Langford Location- Would recommend for a romantic evening, My husband and I had a wonderful meal and the serves was wonderful. The manager Taryn made our night, she was our server and was just so pleasant. The food was wonderful we had the Med platter for two and a nice organic wine. Thank You

Langford location - I was impressed with the food, both presentation and taste. We had charbroiled steak and seafood pasta. Service was friendly and atmosphere was date worthy. Be ready to take your time, meal/drink delivery tended to be slow, but we were sitting in a full section.

We went to the one one Jacklin. The food was out standing and we loved our server. Thank You Craig for making our stay in Victoria one to remember
