Just stopped by on our walk and bought a jar of Bumbleberry Jam. I came home and spread it on a fresh piece of Whole Wheat toast. It is amazing! Just the perfect amount of tart and sweetness at the same time. I can just imagine how I'm going to use up the rest of the jar.The store looks great with very friendly owner!

Perhaps the oldest store in James Bay... a gem in the rough that has been re-invigorated by its passionate new owner. They've replaced the outdated stuff with house-roasted coffee, teas, and local items, but have kept the feel of a friendly corner store. You can find anything from organic honey to Double-Bubble gum.

I have been going to this community grocery store for a long time. The changes that have been made in the past month by the new owner, Jennifer, are wonderful to see! I stopped by last weekend when she was roasting coffee. I look forward to trying all the new blends of coffee as well as the great selection of teas. Very happy to see the addition of local products as well. I love the honey!
